At Fashion Eyewear, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all non-prescription frames. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Frames

  Carefully place the eyewear, cases, and cleaning cloths back into the original shipping box and include your printed RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
